Starlane & Greenpark are coming releasing a new phase this fall near Eighth Line & Dundas called “Upper Oaks” Starlane Homes is building 35′ & 45′ lots, I managed to get a link to the floor plans and site plan. See the link below if you want a preview of the homes and lots. No prices released yet.

As for Greenpark, they haven’t released an info but they are building 41′ & 50′ homes. See the link below.
Greenpark Upper Oaks Release InfoBased on the lot sizes, there will be some big homes available and a great location as it’s further east. Likely to be some big line ups and high demand!
