Land at the corner of Dundas & Preserve Dr.

There have been some enquiries regarding the land at the corner of Dundas and Preserve Dr., where the Remington sales office is located. I spoke to someone at Remington last week, as of right now it will remain as a sales office for the next couple of years at least. After that, Remington is looking at building some residential units with commercial units below. This is not a definite plan, but as of right now this is something that they are looking at building in the next few years.
